This remote internship offers practical exposure to B2B business development, digital marketing, lead generation, customer research, and business operations while helping interns build relevant professional and digital capabilities.

The work

Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and support the preparation and scheduling of posts.
• Research products, industries, market trends, competitors, distributors, dealers, customers, and business prospects.
• Identify companies and decision-makers through publicly available sources and build organized lead databases by industry, location, and product.
• Assist with professional email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach while maintaining response and follow-up records.
• Update lead trackers, enquiry records, quotations, and business-development status in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organize business documents, maintain communication records, prepare basic reports and presentations, and support routine MIS activities.
• Monitor and categorize incoming enquiries and assist with online company, supplier, product, and market research.

Interns will gain an internship and experience certificate, practical corporate and B2B exposure, hands-on experience in lead generation, digital marketing and operations, advanced business and technology learning, mentorship, and professional guidance. A letter of recommendation may be provided to deserving or high-performing interns based on performance.

• Open to freshers, fresh graduates, fresh postgraduates, and final-year students pursuing BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc., B.A., Diploma, or related graduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Basic knowledge of social media, Excel or Google Sheets, internet research, and email communication.
• Good written English; Hindi or other Indian languages are an advantage.
• Ability to learn independently, maintain accuracy and organization, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally.
• The internship is remote, runs Monday to Friday for approximately six hours per day, and follows flexible timings.
• Selected interns may receive practical training in Basic and Advanced Excel, presentation skills, SAP Ariba, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project and Planner, SAP S/4HANA, and business analytics using Excel, Macro, SQL, and Power BI.
