• Support recruitment by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and interns.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Assist with lead generation, outreach, and maintaining lead databases.
• Coordinate with team members, mentors, and other stakeholders for day-to-day activities.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Support daily HR and operational activities and help maintain necessary records and trackers.
• Assist in improving internal processes, team coordination, and overall operations.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and support the team in achieving business goals.
