Job Description

• Participate in a Team culture, from initial design to prototyping and testing, working with Sales, manufacturing, and testing teams by providing unique out-of-the-box designs utilizing specific scopes of work.
• Primary Designs are for custom heavy engineered products like lifting equipment, Forestry Equipment, earth-moving equipment and attachments for Skid steer, Backhoe, Excavator, tractor, etc., using SolidWorks, Inventor and Solid Edge.
• Develop design concepts, engineering calculations, 3D models, and detailed drawings, while working closely with international customers and their fabrications.
• CAD automation, programming, Macro development (experience in VBA, DriveWorks, or other programming languages required).
• Communicating with customers and validating/signing-off approval drawings, creating as-built updates, maintaining project records including change-orders/ adders and participating in Lessons-Learned/Best Practices Post Project Analysis.
• Attending customer pre-design discussions, project kick-off calls and providing development engineering support.
