Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Track internal and external labor costs across S&T hubs and maintain a database of about 2,000 resources.
  • Support period-end results and prepare forecasts, including people-cost forecasts.
  • Produce variance analysis against plan, forecast and prior year.
  • Maintain complex Excel models and develop PowerPoint presentations for business results.
