Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Help customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps
  • Solve functional problems through chat, email and call by investigating
  • Engage with our visitors and leads (Livechat)
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Improve customers's experience with the usage of Odoo
  • Contribute to the improvement of our product
  • Side projects (recruit and onboard new colleagues on the support team, give support training, ...)
