About the Role As a Customer Engagement Senior Client Lead, you will help strengthen strategic client relationships and ensure customer data, insight and engagement solutions translate into measurable business outcomes. Working with cross-functional teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, connecting commercial objectives with dunnhumby’s customer science capabilities. This is a senior client-facing role focused on growing partnerships, identifying opportunities for value creation, and helping clients embed customer-led decision making across their organisations. What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in shaping client success while driving adoption of customer engagement solutions. • Leading strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders. • Identifying commercial opportunities that support client growth and long-term partnership value. • Translating customer insights into actionable recommendations and engagement strategies. • Coordinating with analytics, consulting, product and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. • Championing customer-centric thinking and demonstrating the commercial impact of dunnhumby solutions.
