Position Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM records, support sales activities, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and communications.
• Maintain accurate customer information and CRM records.
• Follow up with customers and support customer retention.
• Coordinate with the Sales Head regarding customer requirements.
• Update customer-related information regularly in the CRM.
• Track customer follow-ups and pending enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain customer-related reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer service.
• Support the sales team in improving customer conversion and retention.
