The work

About the role

• Partnerships team, House AI Creator Growth Internship Program. Turn interested creators into signed partners and make sure every agreed video actually gets made.
• A creator saying yes is only the start. You own the relationship from that yes to a published video: terms, brief, deadline and follow-up, so nothing falls through the cracks.
• This internship is 100% remote and open to students anywhere in India.

How the team works

• Every India role is part of one pipeline with one goal: more people using House AI. Partnerships finds and signs creators. Marketing scripts, films and publishes short-form videos. Creative edits the footage into finished videos. Operations tracks which videos brought in installs and reports back, so the next round of outreach and content does more of what worked. Each team has a lead who assigns work, reviews it and answers questions.

The work

What you will do

• Take over creators who have replied, walk them through the partnership and agree on what they will make.
• Send each creator a clear brief: the House AI feature to show, the hook, key messages and the posting date.
• Follow up until the video is delivered, then pass the raw footage to the Creative team.
• Give every creator their tracking link or code from the Operations team so their results are counted.
• Keep creators coming back for a second and third video by staying in touch and sharing their results.

What we look for

• A high school student, a college student or a fresher. There are no degree or grade requirements.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• You are organized and you follow up without being told to.
• You can be friendly and firm at the same time, especially about deadlines.
• Any experience in sales, events, a college fest team or a student club is a plus.

• Remote internship for three months. Work from anywhere in India.
