We’re entering a once-in-a-company moment: we are massively investing in our growth marketing function and you will be working on business shaping projects. This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up.

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing creative pod and produce best-in-class brand and campaign work across Zable. You’ll have significant scope to shape how the brand looks and feels in the market — from rebrand applications through to large-scale campaigns.

• Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1
• Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions
• Build the best technology in-house: we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting

Also

Essential

• 4+ years as a creative or brand designer, ideally for a consumer brand or in a top creative agency
• A portfolio that shows strong typographic, layout and conceptual thinking — not just template execution
• Confident across brand identity, campaign, social, OOH, print and digital
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at scale
• Comfortable working from briefs and turning rough ideas into shippable concepts
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in your design workflow

Also

Desirable

• Motion and video skills (After Effects, Figma motion, modern AI motion tools)
• Experience contributing to a rebrand or new brand launch
• Experience designing for performance / growth marketing
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks

• Scale creative output across paid channels
• Produce variations to support creative testing and learning
• Iterate based on performance data and team feedback

Brand & Campaign Design

• Design brand and campaign assets across Zable
• Contribute to the rebrand workstream including visual exploration, system development, applications
• Produce high-quality work for OOH, social, paid, lifecycle and BTL

Brand Stewardship

• Maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials
• Own creative QA on assets before launch including regulatory text, formats, exports
• Build and maintain templates, design systems and asset libraries
