We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to support strong, responsive, and professional client relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure requirements are understood, projects progress smoothly, and service quality remains consistently high.

The work

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and track deliverables through completion.
• Prepare status updates, meeting notes, briefs, and other client-facing communication.
• Monitor timelines, follow up on pending actions, and proactively highlight risks or changes.
• Build trusted client relationships by responding promptly and resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and relevant documentation.

• 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Professional judgment, attention to detail, and confidence in working with clients and internal teams.
