The company focuses on creating sustainable delivery-partner supply through recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement and retention. This role will contribute directly to strengthening city-level execution across Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

The work

Responsibilities

• Acquire delivery partners through company-provided leads, referrals, rider communities, WhatsApp groups, local networks, delivery hotspots and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified delivery partners across assigned cities.
• Follow up with interested candidates through documentation, onboarding and activation, coordinating with partner platforms to resolve issues.
• Ensure newly onboarded riders complete their first deliveries and become operationally active.
• Engage with active and inactive partners, understand inactivity reasons, support reactivation and escalate platform-related blockers.
• Develop a referral network and maintain a healthy supply of active delivery partners against city requirements.
• Track the funnel from lead generation to onboarding, first delivery, continued activity and retention, while sharing concise daily updates.
• Work effectively in a hybrid setup, balancing remote coordination with field visits and city-level execution as required.
• Take independent ownership of acquisition, activation, follow-ups and issue resolution in a fast-paced operating environment.

Requirements

This is an execution-heavy opportunity for someone who can build genuinely active delivery-partner supply rather than only collecting registrations or making calls.

• 1–3 years of experience in delivery-partner acquisition, fleet operations, gig-worker mobilisation, rider engagement or last-mile logistics.
• Experience with organisations such as Shadowfax, Zomato, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Delhivery or similar logistics and delivery businesses is preferred.
• Comfort with high-volume calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, partner coordination and occasional field visits.
• Ability to generate leads independently, persuade candidates and follow through until activation.
• Strong ownership, practical problem-solving skills and comfort working across fast-moving city operations.
• Performance will be assessed through qualified partners sourced, completed onboarding, verified first deliveries, active supply, retention, reactivation, referral acquisition and consistency of follow-ups.
