The work

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers interested in selling their cars on Spinny.
• Understand customer requirements and expectations on pricing.
• Negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Handle end-to-end closure process over calls.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
• Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly.

Eligibility Criteria (Strict)

• 1–5 years of experience in sales (preferred: telesales / inside sales / automotive sales).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and regional language (mandatory).
• Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of automobiles is a plus (not mandatory).

• This is a full-time, in-office opportunity in the automotive sales industry.
• Annual compensation range: ₹3 LPA to ₹3.7 LPA.
• The selected candidate will contribute directly to lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and showroom revenue growth.
