Zeko AI is hiring for a Candidate Engagement & Interview Support Intern!

The work

Responsibilities

• Make timely outbound calls to candidates who started but did not complete an AI interview, ideally within 30 minutes of the drop-off.
• Understand whether the issue was technical, related to confusion or time constraints, or caused by disinterest, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Encourage candidates to return and complete their interviews while maintaining a courteous, reassuring tone.
• Record the reason for each call, outcome, follow-up status, and resolution accurately in the designated system.
• Validate reported technical issues against platform information before escalating them.
• Conduct post-interview feedback calls and capture comments about usability, ease of completion, and improvement ideas.
• Prepare structured weekly reports highlighting recurring issues and candidate feedback for the product team.
• Protect candidate information and follow all applicable data privacy and confidentiality procedures.

Requirements

• Clear and confident spoken communication in both Hindi and English.
• Comfort with making 40–60 or more outbound calls each day and speaking respectfully with diverse candidates.
• Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to adapt conversations to different situations.
• Basic spreadsheet and data-entry proficiency using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when documenting call outcomes and candidate information.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and technology, with availability for the complete 4-month internship period.
• No prior professional experience is required; this opportunity is suitable for candidates beginning a career in customer experience, operations, support, or product.
