The work

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of campus recruitment activities.
• Assist in communicating with colleges, universities, placement cells, and student communities.
• Help organize campus engagement initiatives, recruitment drives, and related events.
• Coordinate schedules, participation details, and follow-up activities for campus programs.
• Maintain accurate records of institutional contacts, candidate participation, and recruitment updates.
• Assist with outreach efforts to promote available opportunities among eligible students.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campus relations activities.
• Track and communicate progress, feedback, and outcomes from campus recruitment initiatives.
• Prepare and organize relevant documentation, reports, and communication materials.
