The work

Responsibilities

• Represent Dream Mantra within your college or university campus.
• Generate genuine student inquiries through ethical outreach and peer networking.
• Promote relevant initiatives, communicate opportunities clearly, and build awareness among students.
• Participate actively in the one-month Campus Ambassador Challenge and complete assigned outreach activities.
• Share feedback from students and maintain professional communication with the Dream Mantra team.

Requirements

The internship runs for 3 months. Selected candidates will receive a performance-based monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹15,000. Participants may also earn incentives, receive Dream Mantra merchandise, access free skill mapping, and receive an official certificate upon successful completion. The selection process includes application review, interview and group discussion, training, participation in the one-month challenge, and final appointment based on performance.

• Open to college and university students based in or around Jaipur.
• Strong communication, networking, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in marketing, sales, public relations, or brand management.
• Self-motivated individuals who can take initiative and engage responsibly with their campus community.
• No prior professional experience is required; enthusiasm and consistent participation are valued.
