Roles

  • Flirk Campus Crew is a 14-week marketing internship (10 November 2026 to 15 February 2027) around the launch of Flirk, a new personality-first dating & social app for 18+, where you meet people through personality, not photos. You work directly with the founder (IIM Lucknow; ex-Spotify, ex-Myntra).
  • You make Flirk a part of your campus: you bring in the first users, tell us what students actually think, and help design and run the campaigns that take Flirk from launch day (20 November) to Valentine’s Week.
  • Two tracks, you do both:
  • Creator: 1. You post about Flirk in your own voice - reels, stories, memes on your social; 2. You come up with marketing & brand-related ideas to grow Flirk's user base.
  • Connector: you open doors to societies, fests, group chats and hangouts on your campus
  • Part-time and flexible: ~10 hours a week, online (virtual). Your exam weeks are protected - tell us the dates and we plan around them.

The work

Responsibilities

  • Pre-launch: get as many pre-sign-ups as you can from everyone you know who is 18+ and single — classmates, friends, the group chats, council groups, college hangouts — through your personal tracked pre-signup website link, and run a short anonymous survey on how dating actually works on your campus.
  • Post-launch growth: once the app is live on the Play Store and App Store, convert those sign-ups into installs, bring in new users, and ideate on marketing and content ideas for growing the user base — the best ones get implemented.
  • Christmas and New Year: help conceive and run a phased marketing campaign, on campus and online through the last 3 weeks of December. Ideate & work on Christmas Merchandise.
  • Valentine’s Week: Ideate & work on Flirk's Valentine's day campaign/event and run it on campus from 7 to 14 February.
  • Throughout: a weekly check-in with the founder; a weekly campus pulse (what people say about Flirk, what confuses them, what breaks, what they like); Create & post two pieces of content around Flirk per week; App improvement suggestions & new ideas for growth.

Who they want

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older, currently enrolled at a degree college in Mumbai (BMM, BMS, B.Des, B.A., B.E., BBA, B.Tech etc)
  • Second or third year of a four-year degree, or second year of a three-year degree course (final-year students in a three-year degree may apply if they can commit time till 15th February; first-years cannot apply).
  • Genuinely interested in marketing - you want a marketing experience, not just a certificate.
  • Creative thinker and already making content: a public Instagram profile is required.
  • A self-starter who begins things without being told and learns fast.
  • Comfortable communicating in English; Is social & has a good connect on campus
  • Single. Not a joke - the role needs you to think like Flirk’s user, which is hard to fake when you're in a relationship.
  • Can commit 10 hrs a week till 15 February, reachable on WhatsApp, residing in Mumbai.
  • No prior work experience needed.
  • Need to have a personal laptop.

Also

What You Get

  • Experience Certificate
  • Letter of Recommendation (top-performers only)
