Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the role of Business Relationship Manager!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Understand client businesses and provide appropriate working capital solutions across fund/non-fund based products.
  • Collaborate with branch banking teams for new customer acquisition.
  • Cross-sell products such as Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance to primary and group companies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders (CFOs, promoters). Increase book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
  • Analyze client business models, trade activities, and cash flows to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and enhance Kotak’s brand presence in target segments.
  • Ensure high-quality client service and timely resolution of queries.
  • Drive process improvements and coordinate with operating units to develop customized solutions.
