PepsiCo is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager Finance!
The work
•
Assist in tracking internal and external labor costs across multiple S&T hubs, including Barcelona, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon.
•
Maintain a database of ~2,000 resources and their funding allocations across Global S&T budgets.
•
Provide overall support for period-end results and the preparation of forecasts.
•
Create, update, and prepare ongoing periodic business reports.
•
Work across multiple finance functions to deliver periodic forecasts and understand key drivers of the P&L.
•
Work on periodic forecasting for people costs.
•
Conduct performance analysis, including explanation of variance to plan, forecast, and year-ago performance.
•
Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.
•
Act as a business partner with the TR team, HRBPs, and FP&A team.
•
Maintain complex Excel models and develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights.
