Digicraft Technovision is hiring for the Role of Business Intern!
The work
•
Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities relevant to cloud services.
•
Assist with marketing campaigns, presentations, promotional content, and business communication.
•
Support lead generation, prospect research, outreach, and follow-up activities under the guidance of the business team.
•
Maintain accurate lead records, customer information, and activity updates in CRM systems or trackers.
•
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and supporting material in coordination with business and technical teams.
•
Help schedule meetings, capture discussion notes, and track agreed follow-up actions.
•
Coordinate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and routine business operations.
•
Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports relating to marketing, sales, and operational activities.
•
Monitor assigned activities and suggest improvements to processes, communication, and coordination.
•
Develop an understanding of Digicraft’s cloud offerings and communicate their business value with guidance from the team.
Who they want
•
Currently pursuing an MBA, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Business Development, Operations, or a related specialisation.
•
Availability for the complete six-month onsite internship, five days a week.
•
Interest in technology services, cloud computing, and business-to-business marketing and sales.
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•
Basic understanding of marketing principles, sales processes, and business operations.
•
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or equivalent Google Workspace tools.
•
Ability to research information, organise findings, and prepare clear presentations and reports.
•
Good interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting professionally with internal teams and prospective customers.
•
Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assigned tasks and follow-ups.
•
Willingness to learn business and technology concepts; prior technical expertise is not required.
