Playto is hiring a Business Development (Sales) Intern to cold call businesses, pitch Playto's payments product, qualify and convert leads, and maintain call notes in a tracker.

The work

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses and pitch Playto's payments product
• Qualify leads, follow up and convert them into customers
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in the tracker

Who they want

Requirements

• Confident spoken English/Hindi
• Comfortable making 60+ calls a day
• Prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience is a plus
• Openings: 3
• Start: Immediate. Duration: 6 months. Remote (work from home), India.
• Fixed stipend: ₹5,000-10,000/month
• Incentives (uncapped): ₹1,000 for every five inbound customers completing KYB and their first qualifying transaction
• Incentives (uncapped): ₹3,000 for every five outbound customers converted, onboarded and reaching their first qualifying transaction
• Customers must be genuine businesses; test transactions don't count.
• PPO possible for exceptional performers.
