The work

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through relevant outreach channels.
• Communicate clearly with prospects, understand their needs, and explain suitable offerings.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and interested leads.
• Follow up consistently, track conversations, and support the movement of opportunities through the sales process.
• Coordinate with the internal team to share market feedback and improve outreach approaches.
• Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach to achieving sales outcomes.
• Travel occasionally on an ad hoc basis when required for business or client interactions.

Who they want

Requirements

Compensation: Monthly incentive-based earnings ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹15,000, based on sales performance.

• At least 1 year of experience interacting with people or clients in a professional, sales, service, or relationship-oriented setting.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Comfort with follow-ups, persuasion, and performance-linked incentive structures.
• Ability to manage ad hoc travel requirements when needed.
• Availability for the complete 3-month internship period.
