About the Company

Procverse Business is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support customer outreach for its B2b Saas Platform. This internship offers practical exposure to lead generation, Customer Prospecting, Cold outreach, Marketing etc. The selected intern will get free Training from Industry Experts Like Saad (From Saadsells), and Shafaq (ThinkSchool Fame) receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000, payable after completion of the first two months.

The work

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce relevant financial products and services.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and maintain a courteous tone throughout each interaction.
• Understand customer financial requirements by asking appropriate questions and listening carefully.
• Collect and accurately record basic customer information required for further assistance or follow-up.
• Share relevant information clearly, address basic queries, and escalate complex questions to the appropriate team.
• Maintain call records and provide timely updates on customer conversations and lead status.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th standard completed; graduation completed candidates are also eligible.
• Prior sales or telecalling experience is preferred, though enthusiastic candidates with strong communication skills may apply.
• Good verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with making outbound calls and interacting with prospective customers.
• Basic understanding of customer information handling and willingness to learn about financial products and services.
• Ability to work responsibly from the Ahmedabad office with consistency and professionalism.
