The work

Responsibilities

• Support the business development team in identifying and researching prospective clients.
• Assist with lead generation through online research, outreach, and business networking channels.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare relevant solution discussions.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and communication records in the team’s systems.
• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Track progress against assigned activities and share regular updates with the reporting manager.

Requirements

This is a 3-month paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. Interns will receive structured exposure to prospecting, relationship building, and technology services sales processes while working closely with the business development team.

• MBA fresher with a genuine interest in business development, sales, and client engagement.
• Applicants should have scored more than 70% in 10th, 12th, and MBA.
• Strong communication, listening, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with research, follow-ups, learning new technology concepts, and working toward team goals.
• The internship is based in Ahmedabad and is intended for candidates beginning their careers in the IT services industry.
