Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective learners, parents, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders through remote communication channels.
• Explain EdTech offerings clearly, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Follow up with leads, maintain accurate activity records, and support the movement of prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to share market feedback, resolve customer questions, and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Meet agreed engagement and conversion goals while maintaining a professional and helpful candidate or customer experience.
