The work

Responsibilities

Research prospective customers, institutions, and partnership opportunities.
Assist with lead generation through online research, outreach, and follow-ups.
Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and explain relevant offerings.
Maintain accurate lead, interaction, and pipeline records.
Support the business development team with presentations, proposals, and campaign execution.
Track outreach outcomes and share observations that can improve conversion and engagement.
