Lab Iconics Technologies LLP is building solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem. We are looking for a Business Development professional who can communicate product value clearly and help prospective customers understand how our offerings address their business needs.

The work

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective clients and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements, explain relevant product capabilities, and respond to questions with clarity.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities through research, outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Coordinate with internal product, sales, and technical teams to support a smooth demonstration and handover process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to business development reports.
• Stay informed about pharmaceutical and healthcare market developments to improve customer conversations.

Who they want

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in business development, product demonstrations, sales, customer success, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand product workflows and explain them to varied audiences in a structured manner.
• Commercial awareness, confidence in client interactions, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Educational background in B.Pharma or M.Pharma.
• The role is based in Hyderabad and offers an annual compensation range of ₹3–5 LPA.
