Responsibilities

Identify and research prospective customers, partners, and business opportunities through online and offline channels.
Support outreach activities, introduce the company’s offerings, and maintain clear communication with prospects.
Assist with lead qualification, follow-ups, appointment coordination, and updating business development records.
Work with internal teams to understand customer requirements and help prepare suitable responses or proposals.
Track outreach progress, share market observations, and contribute ideas for improving conversion and engagement.
