The work

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and follow up on business leads through suitable outreach channels.
• Connect with students, colleges, training prospects, and potential business clients to understand their needs.
• Promote IT education, technology training, and related learning programs in a clear and engaging manner.
• Develop professional relationships and support the sales and business development pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth lead progression.
• Maintain accurate updates in the CRM or ERP system and share activity reports with the team.
