The team is seeking a motivated Business Development and Lead Generation Intern to support structured outreach and help expand its learner and customer network. This remote opportunity provides practical exposure to business development, market research, customer communication, and campaign execution in a collaborative environment.

The work

Responsibilities

• Research prospective students, parents, institutions, and other relevant contacts using approved online sources, platforms, and databases.
• Create and maintain accurate lead records, including contact details, requirements, follow-up dates, statuses, and outcomes.
• Contact prospects through calls, messages, email, and social media, introduce relevant offerings, and understand initial needs.
• Conduct timely follow-ups, qualify potential leads, and share suitable opportunities with the relevant team.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, customer and competitor research, and outreach activities.
• Prepare basic reports and updates on lead-generation progress and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the team to achieve daily and weekly outreach goals while maintaining professional communication.

Requirements

This is a fully remote, paid, full-time internship for three months with a monthly stipend of ₹1,000–₹25,000. Interns will gain exposure to lead-generation techniques, market and competitor research, customer outreach, campaign execution, lead qualification, CRM fundamentals, professional communication, and teamwork. Selected interns will receive mentorship and professional guidance, along with a certificate upon successful completion and a letter of recommendation for eligible performers.

• Applicants must be currently enrolled college students who have not yet graduated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfort with internet research, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and organized record-keeping.
• A proactive, consistent, and self-directed approach to follow-ups and assigned work.
• No prior professional experience is required; enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn are valued.
