THE ROLE

Ziina is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help define the future of one of the region's most loved brands.

This is a rare moment to join. Our brand strategy is being sharpened, a refresh is on the way, our consumer product is launching in full force, and the biggest campaigns in Ziina's history are ahead of us. The foundations are set. What we need now is someone who can build on them — someone who treats the brand as a system to be designed, not a queue of deliverables to be shipped.

You'll own brand initiatives from the first idea to the moment they're live in the world, and you'll be trusted with the judgment calls in between: what we say yes to, what we walk away from, and what "unmistakably Ziina" means at every touchpoint. You'll move fluidly between strategy and execution — writing the brief in the morning, reviewing the creative in the afternoon — and you'll raise the bar on both.

AS A BRAND MARKETING MANAGER AT ZIINA YOU WILL:

• Own brand initiatives from first idea to launch: write the brief, set the timeline, align the teams involved, and ship the work
• Support integrated campaigns with Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, PR, Social, and Creative — one brief, one story, every channel
• Keep the brand consistent across every touchpoint: review social content, campaign assets, partner materials, and in-app copy, and fix what's off
• Work across all 7 C's: content, campaigns, creative direction and identity, culture, creators, community, and events
• Brief and manage content creators: choose them, write the brief, review the work, and own the relationship end to end
• Follow trends daily and decide which ones Ziina joins — then move fast when we do
• Test ideas small before scaling them: run the experiment, read the results, then put budget behind what works
• Build repeatable formats, templates, and playbooks so good work doesn't start from zero every time
• Turn brand strategy into campaign concepts, content direction, and briefs that teams can execute
• Give clear, direct feedback to designers, writers, creators, and agencies

Who they want

KEY SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

• You have 5+ years in brand marketing, with at least some of them at a startup or creative-led business where you built things rather than inherited them
• You balance strategy and execution without treating either as beneath you — you can write the strategy doc and also notice the kerning
• You have good taste and strong judgment: you know what "good" looks like across formats and platforms, you can explain why, and you can defend it in a room
• You're a strong project manager: multiple workstreams, many stakeholders, moving deadlines — and the details still get handled
• You've briefed and managed content creators and influencers, and you know how to get work that feels native to the creator and still unmistakably Ziina
• You're culturally fluent across MENA and global internet culture, and you can tell the difference between a moment worth joining and a trend that will age badly
• You test before you scale: you'd rather prove an idea with a small, fast experiment than bet the quarter on a hunch
• You think in systems: when you solve a problem twice, you build the playbook so no one has to solve it a third time
• You live in, or are willing to move to, the UAE

• A proven track record of orchestrating viral moments or high-performing niche posts (for yourself or a brand), with examples
• You’ve shown up as the voice of a brand through proactive engagement that created buzz and word of mouth
• Experience working on a brand with a strong community or cultural presence
• An eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling (you notice details and you care about craft)
• A portfolio or social accounts you’ve helped grow or sh
