The work
•
Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
•
Build and support backend services and REST APIs for business applications.
•
Create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly front-end experiences using modern web development practices.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
•
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation, and other Agile development activities.
•
Troubleshoot application issues, investigate defects, and support timely resolution.
•
Learn and contribute to MarTech platforms, integrations, and customer engagement solutions.
•
Continuously strengthen technical skills and adapt to evolving business and technology requirements.
Who they want
•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education/practical experience.
•
1 to 2 years of professional software development experience.
•
Strong programming fundamentals in Java and good working knowledge of Node.js development.
•
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
•
Familiarity with source control systems such as Git and object-oriented programming principles.
•
Exposure to modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and basic database concepts is preferred.
•
Good problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
