Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Handle first-line contact and queries efficiently via written communication channels, leveraging available skills, knowledge, and tools.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of individuals, minimizing impact to customers and colleagues while achieving strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
  • Ensure all open tickets are closed to agreed timescales.
  • Work in rostered shifts to support customer queries.
  • Complete tasks and transactions within agreed metrics and solve problems by analyzing solution alternatives.
  • Share knowledge freely with others, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and embrace change.
  • Maintain personal objectives and engage fully in everyday and structured conversations with colleagues and managers.
