Starbucks is hiring for the role of Apprentice!
The work
•
Provide legendary customer service to all customers.
•
Create the Starbucks Experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages, and food products.
•
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and comfortable store environment.
•
Model and act in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles, culture, and values.
•
Participate actively in on-the-job training across customer service, teamwork, communication, and store operations.
•
Complete all training modules and successfully undertake the online assessment at the end of the apprenticeship program.

Minimum 18 years of age.
•
Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass / 12th / Diploma for 6 months Apprenticeship, or Graduation in any field for 12 months Apprenticeship.

Must possess a valid national identity card.
•
Customer-service oriented with good communication skills, teamwork, and work ethics.
•
Ability to work 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break), 5 days a week.
