The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Seller/vendor/customer communications experience - both verbal & written
  • Vendor Master Management – drive daily operations to ensure all vendor management requests are closed withinagreed TAT
  • Stakeholder management to resolve escalations and address exceptional scenarios
  • Understanding of all commercial points like Commission - GST, Commission- Daily Interaction with sellers on commercial topics
  • Internal stakeholder management - Category / BIO / catalog.

  • Experience in seller interactions
  • B.Com or any graduate with skills & preferred experience

  • Candidates from E commerce / retail background preferred
