• You are the first point of contact for marketplace sellers writing in by email. You read each query, find the answer in the marketplace's tools, reply clearly, and resolve the issue on first contact wherever possible. Issues that need deeper access go to the L2 team.

The work

Responsibility

• Respond to inbound seller emails across six areas: Listings (catalog and stock files), Orders (status, bulk orders, logistics), Returns, Payments (settlements, commission, tax), General (account status, brand approval, feedback) and Others (fulfilment programs, Ads, seller metrics, new features).
• Make outbound calls to sellers where needed before closing a case.
• Look up order, shipment, payment, promotion and catalog details across internal order, logistics, payments, promotions and catalog tools.
• Document every interaction and tag cases correctly in the CRM.
• Transfer only genuinely out-of-scope cases to L2, with complete notes.
• Attend pre-shift huddles and absorb process and product updates.
• Follow data-security rules: paperless desk, no phones or recording devices while on the process.
