Divum Corporate Services Private Limited is seeking a creative and proactive AI-Based Social Media Marketing Intern to strengthen its digital brand presence. This role is designed for a recent graduate who is excited by social media, emerging generative AI platforms, and practical experimentation. The selected candidate will work from the Bangalore office and receive hands-on exposure to content, community, analytics, and lead-generation activities.

The work

Responsibilities

  • Develop content concepts, captions, copy, and visual directions using tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Claude, and Midjourney.
  • Plan, schedule, publish, and maintain posts, reels, carousels, and stories across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Review and refine AI-assisted content so that it remains accurate, engaging, polished, and aligned with the brand voice.
  • Research platform trends, competitor activity, audience interests, and important developments in the AI industry.
  • Track reach, engagement, clicks, follower growth, and campaign outcomes, then help prepare clear performance reports.
  • Support responses to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, along with outreach and lead-generation initiatives when required.

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related discipline, with basic technology awareness.
  • Working familiarity with generative AI and creative tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Canva, or Midjourney.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X content practices, plus basic video-editing ability using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication, a creative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to test new approaches.
  • Immediate availability is required. This is a full-time role with a monthly salary of INR 20,000 and an initial three-month engagement, with potential for conversion to a full-time opportunity based on performance.
  • No prior professional experience is required; recent graduates and candidates with relevant project experience are encouraged to apply.
