The role offers an opportunity to manage essential accounting activities while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The work

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Manage payroll-related accounting activities, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Work on Tally for accounting entries, ledger maintenance, invoicing, and financial reports.
• Prepare and support statutory compliance activities, including GST, taxation, filings, and related records.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations and assist with audits and financial reviews.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain organized records.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Noida, offering a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.

• Prior experience in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally and working familiarity with GST and taxation processes.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience handling multiple accounting activities independently will be valued.
