Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Learn about the Compliance Management System within a Global Company
• Support the management and maintenance of SAP's global and local compliance policies
• Assist in the policy review and approval process, including preparing documentation
• Contribute to record management and policy management statistics
• Support the maintenance of our policy management tool
• Assist with research, data management, and project coordination
• Influence policy content and policy management processes
• Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team

Requirements

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Fluent in German (written and verbal)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Team player with a proactive and responsible approach to customer support
• Quality driven, reliable work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
• Understanding of or interest in legal topics
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Ability to work from Walldorf office
