Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate webcasts in alignment with Global Solution Champions, Adoption Office experts, and Product Leaders, supporting promotion of new releases
• Create and manage registration pages for webcasts
• Manage the monthly webcast newsletter
• Moderate webcasts and ensure smooth execution
• Handle post-production of webcasts and publish recordings on www.sap.com
• Support analytics and reporting to track engagement and adoption metrics

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences
• In 1st or 2nd semester of a Bachelor's program
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in Camtasia
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Fluent in German (written and verbal)
• Team player
• Strong communicator
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Well-organized
• Structured
• Reliable
