• Administratively support seasonal workers from request to hiring
• Coordinate interviews for open positions
• Pre-qualify applicants in professional and young talent sectors
• Review and pre-select applications from various channels
• Represent the company at university and trade fairs
• Work on special topics and projects in Talent Acquisition

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Pedagogy, or similar with HR focus
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Independent work style

• Strong communication skills
• Confident demeanor
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
