Seslly is Ethon's product for Pshychologists, an AI assistant that handles session notes, treatment plans, and admin for therapists — so they can stay present with their clients instead of buried in paperwork. We're a small, mission-driven team that genuinely believes therapists deserve better tools. Now we need someone to help the world hear about it.

The work

The Role

We're looking for a scrappy, internet-fluent Social Media Marketing Intern to build Seslly's presence from the ground up across Reddit, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok — and to help our outbound efforts land in front of larger group practices and clinics. This isn't a "schedule some posts" internship. You'll be the voice that gets therapists, clinic owners, and the broader mental health community talking about Seslly.

The work

What You'll Do

• Reddit: Build authentic presence in therapist and private-practice communities (e.g. r/therapists, r/psychotherapy, r/privatepractice). Participate genuinely, share useful resources, and represent Seslly without ever coming off as an ad.
• Twitter/X: Grow a following among therapists, clinicians, and mental-health-tech voices. Post threads, engage in relevant conversations, and build relationships with adjacent accounts.
• Instagram: Create and manage a content calendar — carousels, Reels, and stories that speak to therapist burnout, admin fatigue, and the "why" behind Seslly.
• TikTok: Develop short-form AI/human video content that's genuinely entertaining or useful to therapists and grad students, not just promotional.
• Outbound: Support outreach to larger group practices and clinics — researching decision-makers, drafting outbound messages/emails, and helping the sales team open doors.
• Reporting: Track growth, engagement, and what's actually working; adjust strategy monthly.

Who they want

What We're Looking For

• Genuinely online — you understand platform-native tone and know the difference between a post that gets ignored and one that gets shared.
• Excellent writing; can adapt voice across formats (a Reddit comment ≠ a TikTok script ≠ a cold email).
• Comfortable with basic content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Organized enough to run four channels and an outbound cadence without dropping balls.
• Bonus: interest in mental health, healthcare, or B2B SaaS marketing.
• Bonus: prior experience building a brand or personal following on any platform.
