The work

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations supporting US talent, recruitment, or GCC workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and global stakeholders working in US time zones.
• Track operational activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of requests.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and help maintain service quality and compliance.
• Prepare reports, monitor key performance indicators, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues through structured follow-up and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Who they want

Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Preferred experience in the talent or recruitment industry, or within a GCC setup.
• Comfort working US shift timings and collaborating with international teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
