NPJ Jewellers is a jewellery business focused on delivering trusted products and a strong customer experience. We are looking for a Telecaller to support customer communication and contribute to business growth from our Katargam, Surat location.

The work

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and share relevant jewellery product information.
• Respond to customer enquiries courteously and provide accurate details about products, offers, and store visits.
• Maintain call records, follow up with interested customers, and coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.
• Build positive customer relationships through clear, professional, and persuasive communication.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and follow-up goals while maintaining accurate customer data.

Who they want

Requirements

• 06 months to 01 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the jewellery business or a related customer-facing role.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills in the languages commonly used by local customers.
• Comfort with making regular calls, handling questions, and following up consistently.
• A customer-focused attitude, basic record-keeping ability, and willingness to work from the Katargam, Surat office.
• This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with an annual compensation of ₹2.4 LPA.
