The work

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using the information provided by the company.
• Explain products, services, offers, or relevant information clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements, respond to basic queries, and share accurate information.
• Maintain call records, update lead details, and provide regular status reports to the reporting manager.
• Follow up with interested customers and coordinate internally to support timely resolution of requests.
• Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and customer engagement goals while maintaining a courteous approach.

Who they want

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English or other regional languages is beneficial.
• Comfort with speaking to customers over the phone and handling routine questions patiently.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain simple records.
• Good listening skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant telecalling or customer support experience may apply.
• This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Kichha, Uttarakhand, with a monthly salary of ₹20,000.
