The work

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and explain cosmetic and skincare products clearly.
• Respond to customer enquiries, understand their needs, share accurate information, and guide them toward suitable offerings.
• Maintain call records, update customer information, follow up on leads, and coordinate with the sales team.
• Meet assigned calling and follow-up targets while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.
• Escalate complex questions or service concerns to the appropriate internal team and help ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

This is a full-time opportunity based in Sector 49, Noida, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹21,000. The successful candidate will be dependable, customer-oriented, and motivated to deliver a positive experience on every call.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a related role.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and basic objection-handling skills.
• Interest in the cosmetic or skincare industry and willingness to learn about products.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Applicants should be comfortable working full time from the Noida office.
