The work

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve Bookito software-related issues and technical queries.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to hotels, resorts, homestays, and other properties.
  • Assist with property onboarding and setup on the Bookito platform.
  • Support and coordinate OTA connections and integrations.
  • Assist properties with PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine-related issues.
  • Guide clients through software features and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain proper records of customer issues, support requests, and resolutions.
  • Follow up with properties to ensure issues are resolved and onboarding is completed smoothly.
  • Provide basic training and assistance to clients when required.
