About the role

We’re Hiring: Technical Associate Extern at DataDrone (Remote | 100 Days)

DataDrone is looking for driven final-year Computer Science students and recent graduates who want hands-on industry experience, not shadow work.

This is a 100-day, high-intensity learning and execution program. You’ll work on real problems, real systems and real deliverables alongside our technical team.

What you’ll do

  • Support the technical team with system operations and day-to-day technical tasks
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve issues
  • Complete assigned tasks end to end and own your outcomes
  • Help improve workflow efficiency while keeping quality and reliability high
  • Collaborate closely with the team and give regular, clear updates

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science / IT (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc CS or related)
  • Solid programming fundamentals
  • Strong ownership, clear communication and a bias for action
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you get things running first, then get them right

  • Location: Remote (a quiet workspace with a stable internet connection is required)
  • Duration: 100 days
  • Hours: Flexible timing based on your availability, with a commitment of 4–6 hours daily, including weekends
  • Exams: Leave for exams is supported with advance notice
  • Compensation: This is an unpaid externship
  • Growth path: Meet baseline expectations → conversion to a Paid Internship with a monthly stipend. Exceed expectations → eligible for a Full-Time offer
