A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Palantir is looking for a Talent Programs & Events Strategist to shape how we engage prospective talent through distinctive, well-designed events, programs and initiatives. You’ll develop an overarching strategy across all product teams, connecting industry events and early talent programming to Palantir’s broader goals. This role goes beyond planning event organization and execution. You’ll build a year-round approach to keeping Palantir top of mind with students, early-career talent, and industry communities—and create experiences that bring people closer to our work in ways that feels different from traditional recruiting events. You’ll partner across product teams and talent to set priorities, build alignment, and turn ideas into programs that impact hiring. The role calls for strategic judgment, strong organization, creative thinking, and the ability to make progress through ambiguity and competing perspectives.
