The work

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Learn and work with US & Canada recruitment processes and EST time zones.
  • Support the team in meeting hiring requirements and recruitment targets.
