This is a work-from-office opportunity based in Mulund, Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer closures.
• Understand client job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies for junior to mid-level positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and share relevant profiles with clients.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and accurate hiring activity records.
• Meet individual monthly hiring targets and contribute to wider team goals.

Requirements

This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office role offering a monthly salary range of ₹30,000 to ₹35,000, along with monthly and quarterly incentives. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders while delivering recruitment targets within agreed timelines.

• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree; this qualification is mandatory.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
• Demonstrated ability to close multiple junior to mid-level positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• High ownership, multitasking ability, and effective time management.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days are preferred.
